libbtf1.2.0 software package provides permutation to block triangular form library for sparse matrices, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbtf1.2.0
libbtf1.2.0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbtf1.2.0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbtf1.2.0 *
